Staurio is our own platform for the back office of a service company: customers, quotes, planning, work orders, hours and invoicing in one place, with an app for people who work on site. What you record once, you see everywhere.
What it is
CRM, planning and ERP that fit together
Staurio runs as an online service; you sign in with Microsoft 365 or an account of your own. Every customer has its own environment with its own data.
Planning and work orders
A planning board with calendar, appointments and travel time. Work orders with checklists, materials, photos and a signature, also on the phone.
Hours and invoicing
Hours with timers or afterwards, timesheets as CSV or PDF. Staurio prepares the invoice with labour, travel time and materials and creates it in WeFact, Moneybird or Exact Online.
Service and projects
Tickets with SLAs and a mailbox through Microsoft 365, projects with phases, tasks and extra work, service contracts that schedule their own work orders, stock with warehouses and a scanner app.
